Hillary's Bachelorette Weekend

We went to the beach this weekend for Hill's bachelorette party. We had a great time and I am very thankful that it didn't rain all weekend and we were able to get on the beach for a little while on Saturday :) 

Grocery shopping when we got down there... junk, junk, and more junk :)

Yummy breakfast! Girl's weekend is the perfect excuse to have donuts and chocolate milk for breakfast!

& what else is a wine glass supposed to be used for?? :)

Saturday night we got ready and went out to eat. The bride to be looked fabulous and the bridesmaids didn't look to bad, either :)

Can't believe we are already in the month of June and they will be married in 25 days!!

Day 38. Since it took me most of the day, I posted that there was a "new look" on my blog. 

Day 39. Some of Hillary's old teachers and a couple of others hosted an ABC shower for her. I thought it turned out really cute and she got lots of good, useful things!

Day 40. Let the party begin! I think the decorations turned out so cute!

(and yes, I realize now that I left the scissors on the table for the picture... oh well)

Day 41. I was very thankful for no rain and being able to get on the beach! It's my happy place! Jess was ready to go in about an hour after we got out there but Hillary and I could have stayed out there all afternoon.. 

Day 42. Since the weekend pretty much exhausted me, there was nothing better than a movie night Sunday night.  

Day 43. Hillary, Tyler, Mom, Anthony, and I were all working on putting labels on the water bottles for the reception but I only got a picture of Hillary and Anthony working.

New Look :)

Day 31. I posted this picture of my closet because I finally unpacked the boxes of my summer clothes. There are still like two boxes under the carport and some things in my trunk.. but who really cares? :)

Day 32. Holt's high school graduation. When we got to the stadium we realized that mom grabbed the wrong tripod and somebody was going to have to hold the video camera and video the entire ceremony. He volunteered himself where we could all watch instead of having to worry about that. Such a sweet boy :)

Day 33. Spent the afternoon at the pool with some cute girls and their mommas :)

Day 34. Holt played ball at 11:00 and after sitting out there for about an hour I was just over the heat and wanted a pool so Flem and I went out to the pool for a little while Saturday afternoon

Day 35. Got in bed early Sunday night and realized that I didn't take any other pictures that day.. but what's not to love about an early bedtime? 

Day 36. Memorial Day. Monday morning Jess and I worked on some stuff for Hillary's bachelorette weekend and then later on that afternoon I went to the Wilson's to swim. Keith grilled hamburgers and Deb made homemade ice cream and then we swam a little bit more after it had stopped raining. 

Day 37. Spent the morning with my girls and then went to Andalusia for Ander's birthday dinner. I had Amelia while they went to SC's swim practice and took her with me to eat. She was pretty much perfect all throughout dinner. I texted Ashton this morning and told her that I was going to come to her for parenting lessons one day :)
